Responsibilities Crop Manager:
Responsibles to the agreed strategies, policies and practices, provide inputs and participate in the marketing/ market development and planning, technical development of fungicide products and services to support the implementation of sales strategies and polices in the assigned areas/ districts, conclusion of sales contracts at defined sales goals
Main Task:
- Analyze market to develop fungicide product related with crops and customers, include determining pricing,
- Product launch plan, schedule visits and promotion system to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Provide technical support to introduce and promote fungicide products, to ensure customers use it properly and creating additional value to customers.
- Provide marketing strategy to development and implementation of fungicide products, and monitor closely for creating fungicide demand.
- Collect and analyze field information to verify fungicide products’ design suitability to application,
- Provide fungicides competitive product performance information to verify competitiveness of own products,
- Provide technical support to customers as trouble shooters and technical consultant, including handling/ follow- up complaints on technical related issues.
Requirements Crop Manager:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): analytical analysis, conceptual, english proficiency, inter personal skill, Communication Skill.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in DBS Bank Tower,Ciputra world1,Jl.Dr.Satrio no.3-5.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
