Responsibilities Senior Brand Manager for OTC Product:

• To plan, lead, and implement marketing & brand strategies to increase total Wellness & Bayer Healthcare Consumer Care Sales & Profitability.
• To collect, analyse and communicate relevant business and market information and develop recommendations for actions which will strengthen Bayer Health Care Consumer Care brands equity & becoming Bayer Healthcare Consumer Care Asset.
• Developed & implemented marketing/brand plan & strategy (4P).
• Develop, implement, evaluate communication concepts for ATL- BTL activities.
• Financial aspects responsibility: P&I, P&L, Sales, Stock level, Forecast Accuracy.
• Coordinate closely with Trade Marketing, NSM, NKAM for sales/ channel strategy.
• Coordinate closely with Demand Planner & factory to ensure reliable supply & forecast.
• Conduct any research needed in order to get more consumer insights, brand awareness/ equity checked, advertising tracking, etc.
• New Product Development & Launch.
• Collaborate with Regional Brand Lead (Asia-Pacific) & Global SBU for any related projects.
• Lead & manage Junior Brand Manager

Requirements Senior Brand Manager for OTC Product:

• Education level: min. Bachelor Degree in business or related background
• At least 7 years of experience in sales and marketing field with a minimum of 4-5 years in brand management
• Solid marketing experience with proven ability in strategic brand planning, consumer communication, ATL-BTL implementation Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry
• High degree of organization, adaptability and prioritization
